We agree to adjust the conditions individually and by arrangement before booking; This is no longer possible after a booking has been made.

1. terms of payment and participation

For all bookings, you must first complete the registration form on our website. Our bank details will then be communicated with a corresponding request for payment.

The amount specified by us must be transferred to our account within 3 hours. The registration is only binding after receipt of the bank transfer to our account. Our guests will then receive a confirmation of registration.

2. cancellation or non-commencement after a binding registration

In the event of cancellation or no-show, a percentage of the total price is due for payment.

7 – 13 days before the start of the retreat: 80
14 – 20 days before start: 70 %
21 – 30 days before start: 60 %
31 – 40 days before the start: 50
41 – 50 days before start: 40 %
51 – 70 days before the start: 30 %
71 – 90 days before start: 20 %

In the event of cancellation prior to 90 days before the start of the course, a lump sum of €200 will be charged.

For cancellations at short notice, less than 7 days before the start of the course, 90 % of the total amount must be paid.

Cancellations at short notice (less than 1 week before the start) must be made in writing by e-mail.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, the amount already paid will be refunded to the participant.

In the event of premature termination of a retreat by the participant, 100% of the price is due. A refund on the part of the organiser is hereby excluded.

No travelling expenses/flight costs will be covered. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Any liability on the part of the organisers is excluded.

3. rebookings after a binding registration

For rebooking before 90 days before the start of the retreat, a lump sum of €100 will be charged.

For rebookings made 89 – 60 days before the start date, a lump sum of €200 will be charged.

A lump sum of €300 will be charged for rebookings made 59 – 30 days before the start of the course.

A lump sum of €400 will be charged for rebookings made 29 – 15 days before the start date.

A lump sum of €500 will be charged for rebookings made 14 to 7 days before the start of the course.

In the event of last-minute changes to bookings made less than 7 days before the start date, 75% of the total amount must be paid.

Short-term rebookings (less than 1 week before the start) must be made in writing by e-mail.

4 Liability for on-site services

We only offer our services on site if we have received prior and personal consent from the customer. If a health problem arises during the service or later, the service provider cannot be held liable because the customer has given their express prior consent and therefore agreed to this. Even if the customer withholds health problems from us, we cannot be held liable for complaints that arise during or after the service.

In many cases, methods are also used,that are not recognised by conventional medicine, cannot be generally explained and do not correspond to the current state of science.

We cannot guarantee that our services will produce the desired results.
